Applies to all export orders placed with COSMOD TRADING LIMITED
Goods are shipped from China under the Incoterm agreed at order confirmation (commonly FOB, CIF or DDP). Shipping method, carrier and estimated transit time are confirmed in writing before dispatch. Export documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, accompanies each shipment.
As orders are manufactured or sourced to specification, they are not eligible for return once production has begun, except where goods are found to be defective or materially inconsistent with the confirmed specification. Verified claims are resolved by replacement, credit, or partial refund, as agreed with the Buyer on a case-by-case basis.
COSMOD TRADING LIMITED is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including customs processing, carrier disruption, or events at the manufacturing partner's facility.
