Governing law: Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
These terms govern the supply of goods by COSMOD TRADING LIMITED (registration no. 52360242), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, to its business customers ("the Buyer").
Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to written confirmation. An order is binding once confirmed in writing by both parties, including agreed price, quantity, specification and Incoterms.
Prices are quoted in the currency stated and exclude duties, taxes and financing charges unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are agreed per order and may include telegraphic transfer or letter of credit.
Delivery is made under the Incoterms agreed in the order confirmation. Lead times are estimates based on manufacturing partner schedules and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
The Buyer should inspect goods on arrival. Claims relating to quantity or visible condition must be raised within a reasonable period of receipt, supported by evidence.
COSMOD TRADING LIMITED's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. The company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
